5.2 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to adjust shipping rates at any time.

 

5.3 Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been handed to the carrier. We recommend contacting the carrier directly for claims. We may, at our discretion, assist in resolving shipping issues but are not obligated to do so.

 

5.4 Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by you, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping. We reserve the right to deduct return shipping costs from any applicable refund.

 

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

6.1 General Policy

Due to the nature of skincare and bath products, all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item. We do not accept returns of opened or used products for health and safety reasons.

 

6.2 Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at contact@asililivingco.ca within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will assess the claim and, at our discretion, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. We are not liable for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.
