1. Shipping Rates

We offer simple, transparent shipping rates for all Canadian orders:

 

 

Order totals are calculated before taxes. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your qualifying order total is reached.

 

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days of payment confirmation. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays. During busy seasons, sales, or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer — we appreciate your patience.

 

You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed, and a shipping notification with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

 

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Once shipped, estimated delivery times within Canada are:

•       Ontario & Quebec: 2–5 business days

•       Western Canada (BC, AB, SK, MB): 5–8 business days

•       Atlantic Canada (NS, NB, PEI, NL): 5–8 business days

•       Northern Canada (YT, NT, NU): 7–14 business days

 

These are estimates provided by our shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier volume, weather, or other factors outside our control. We are not liable for late deliveries once a package has been handed to the carrier.

 

4. Shipping Carriers

We ship using trusted Canadian carriers, which may include Canada Post and other regional carriers. The carrier used for your order will be noted in your shipping confirmation email.

 

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to track your package directly through the carrier’s website. If you have not received a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder and then contact us at contact@asililivingco.ca.

 

6. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you realize there is an error in your address, contact us immediately at contact@asililivingco.ca. We will do our best to update it before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.

 

If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable or incorrect address, you will be responsible for any re-shipping costs.

 

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

Once your order has been handed to the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to them. We are not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

 

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please:

•       Contact the carrier directly to file a claim using your tracking number

•       Reach out to us at contact@asililivingco.ca — we will do our best to assist

 

We are not obligated to replace lost or stolen packages but will review each situation with care.

 

8. Delays & Circumstances Beyond Our Control

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to carrier delays, severe weather, Canada Post service disruptions, postal strikes, natural disasters, or public health emergencies. In such cases, we will do our best to communicate updates and assist where possible.

 

9. No International Shipping

At this time, Asili Living Co ships within Canada only. We do not offer international shipping, including to the United States. We hope to expand our shipping regions in the future and will update this policy accordingly.
